Each one cursed with mystery, mischief, and maybe even a little magic. From ghostly pales to monstrous stouts, we’re once again lighting the lantern to uncover what goes burp in the night…
Tonight, our fearless reviewer Kayla takes the lantern in hand, ready to face whatever lurks within the next can…
1. Name : Lacuna, DDH Blonde (6.5% ABV)
2. Brewery: Otherworld Brewing, Edinburgh ( Scotland)
3. Hops : American Amerillo, Centennial & Cascade
4. Grain : N/A
5. Aroma : Strong scents of citrus with a hoppy backing
6. Appearance :Translucent amber gold with an open frothy white head
7. Body : Fresh, but with a thin body and light carbonation
8. Taste: Initially zesty and light citrus with a toasty bitter aftertaste.
Not as dry as some of the DDH beers I have had in the past, this gets a thumbs up from me. Its nice, refreshing the bitterness does intensify the more you drink but its definitely not an unpleasant experience
