MashGang – Glug, Lager (0.5% ABV)

Hi there fellow beer lovers,

Kayla is back again today checking out something from our friends over at Mash Gang.

Mash Gang do produce some top tier AF tipples particularly on the darker side, but what about lagers?.. well lets find out!

Name: Glug

1. Brewery: Mash Gang
2. Aroma : Lime & Hop scent with an almost herbal like backing
3. Appearance : Clear, almost glowing amber in colour with a thin white film head when poured.
4. Body : Medium Bodied, with a moderate carbonation but no head retention.
5. Taste : Fresh and Zesty, it has a odd hoppy meets herbal aftertaste, which is actually quite morish and makes the mouth water.

I liked this one, it was very pleasant and refreshing, it had flavour despite its low ABV. However, it isn’t as nice as a “full vat” Vienna lager. But I wouldn’t say no if you offered me one!
