Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.
Today its John’s turn to try out a cheeky Collab, this time its a punch 7%-er from Thornbridge & Burnt Mills.

- Name: Riffle
- Brewery: Thornbridge X Burnt Mills
- Aroma : faint Hop and a touch of Lemon
- Appearance : almost crystal clear amber in appearance with a tight white head when poured
- Body : medium bodied, well carbonated with poor head retention.
- Taste : Crisp hop with a slight pine and malty draw
The Chinook centennial and Talud hops give it its hoppy and piney bite. like its name sake this is a fast moving refreshing torrent of hop that makes the mouth water. Quite strong at 7% but all together enjoyable and not overpowering, definitely one for the more traditional IPA drinker.
Our overall rating: 3.6/ 5.0
