Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.
We are back with another guest review by Michaela, this time she is trying another fruity sour from a different brewery, who’s offerings we have reviewed in the past with smiles on our faces.

- Name: Peaching to the Converted
- Brewery: Merakai Brewing Co
- Hops: Lemondrop
- Aroma : Sour fruits, and a hint of hops
- Appearance : Opaque cranberry juice, very thin white head when poured
- Body : Medium bodied, well carbonated, no head retention
- Taste : Quite a strong sour cherry taste, that makes your mouth water. This is then followed by a wash of marshmallow and vanilla that gives it an almost pastry like quality.
I’m not a big lover of beer, but as I liked the sour I reviewed for Halloween, so I thought I would try another. This unfortunately was not as good as the last one. However, this was a very pleasant refreshing drink, you couldn’t taste the harshness of alcohol, I’m a little confused by the name as I’m not picking up on any real peach flavour, but it would be really good in the garden on a summer’s eve. I definitely would have this again if Sam gave me some.
Our Rating for this one is: 3.7/5.0
