Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.
Today Sam is standing firm, a beer in hand, and will probably spend more time typing this review up than the Lizzy did in office actually working!

- Name: Long Live the Lettuce
- Brewery: Heist
- Hops : Sabro, HBC472, Axacca & Citra
- Aroma : Strong floral scent with a hint of hop.
- Appearance : Very Pale clear ale, with no head.
- Body : Thin to medium bodied, well carbonated but no head.
- Taste: Upfront floral notes, with a wash of hop and a hint of citrus to finish.
At 3.4% its quite a weak beer, which is typical of the style, and directly parody’s the strength of the conservative leadership. It is however unlike Truss’ time in office, this is a beer that showcases exactly what you want in a very good table beer.
Its refreshing, tasty and light. You would and can definitely have more than one of these, and have a very nice sociable evening without suffering a cacophony of errors resulting in you being sent home with a serious case of the beer fear!
Well done Heist! looing forward to reviewing some more of your tipples soon!
Our overall rating: 3.4/ 5.0
