Sheep in Wolfs Clothing (SIWC)- Lumber Jill (5.1% ABV)

1. Hops :  N/A
2. Grain :  N/A
3. Aroma : Pine needles, with a smattering of hops.
4. Appearance :  Darker Copper/Amber colour, good white head when poured.
5. Body :  Medium bodied, well carbonated, poor head retention.
6. Taste : Quite a piney & Earthy mouthful that gives way to a subtle smooth hop.

This is even better on draught then it is in a can, who’d o thunk! all in all a very good full flavoured IPA, not bad at all for a southern beer *wink*.
