Bayonet Brewing – Delta Lima Six, NEIPA (4% ABV)

1. Hops :  Citra & Harlequin
2. Grain :  N/A
3. Aroma : Sharp hit of Citrus, and mild Hop.
4. Appearance :  Cloudy Sand like colour with a white head when poured
5. Body :  Low to Medium bodied, ok head retention, with decent carbonation.
6. Taste : Clean, citrus with a sharp zesty finish slight coating on the tongue.

A cracking opener, nice sharp citrus cuts through your palate and as the room was heating up it was lovely cooling easy drinking beer.
