T|E|H – The Crafty Dogg Festival 2023

Bayonet Brewing, Keyboard Commander , West Coast IPA (6.0% ABV)

1. Hops :  Mosaic, Simcoe, Centennial and Columbus
2. Grain : 
3. Aroma :  Quite a hop heavy aroma with a touch of light tropical fruity notes.
4. Appearance :  Hazed orange chestnut in colour with a tight white head.
5. Body :  Medium Bodied, okay carbonation but cracking head retention.
6. Taste : This was a beer of two halves, up front it was all hop and pine needley and then finished in a wash of orange and tropical but still kept its bitter kick. cracking!

This one was West Coast up front and party at the back, very complex but beautifully balanced, cant say I have ever heard of Bayonet Brewing but its one I’m certainly keeping my eye open for in future!
