New Bristol Brewery- Blueberry & Maple Syrup Sour (6% ABV)

1. Hops :  N/A
2. Grain :  N/A
3. Aroma : Maple Syrup with a touch of blueberry and a slight breadiness
4. Appearance :  Opaque port red, with a white head when pored
5. Body :  Velvety, medium to full bodied good carbonation poor head retention.
6. Taste : Mellow sweetness of maple, and then a big hit of sour blueberries that makes your mouth pucker which lessens to a very pleasant sweet aftertaste, which grows.

This one was a proper rollercoaster of a beer sweet to sour in quick succession, one of the lads described it as “its like kissing a nettle” and I cant help to a greet it was certainly a powerful sour and it got those taste buds partying
