T|E|H – The Crafty Dogg Festival 2023

New Bristol Brewery – Double Duvet Vous, Double NEPA (7.5% ABV)

1. Hops :  Simcoe, Amarillo and Idaho 7
2. Grain :  N/A
3. Aroma :  Very Hoppy, and a twist of tropical fruits.
4. Appearance :  Cloudy Yellow amber with a thin white head when poured
5. Body :  Medium bodied, well carbonated with an ok head retention.
6. Taste : Pleasantly complex, starts a level of bitter with a pine needle prickle, before lessoning to a mellow citrus wash

I have to admit, I like a complex beer and this one ticked all my boxes, absolutely glorious, well done New Bristol!
