Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.
John is continuing our showcase of the beers available at Bayonet Brewing, thus far they have been a resounding hit with the other a TEH, so what will John make of this DIPA.

- Name: ENDEX
- Brewery: Bayonet Brewing
- Hops : Citra, Mosaic. & Bru-1
- Grain : N/A
- Aroma: Strong scent of stoned fruit, with a hoppy support.
- Appearance: Opaque Pineapple yellow in colour with a fluffy white head when poured.
- Body: Medium bodied, well carbonated but fleeting head retention.
- Taste: Big Mouth watering stoned fruits up front which morphs into a hoppy bitterness creating a delectable dry finish.
Despite this one being a 8% tipple, it was surprisingly non punchy in the alcoholic taste making this one both stealthy and dangerous, as it was as easy drinking as a session ale. This subtlety didn’t impact on the flavour though, so I think its time for another!
Johns overall rating: 3.7/ 5.0
