Bini Brew Co – Breaking Dad, DIPA (6.5% ABV)

Welcome Back to the Eternal Hoptimist.

Sam is back with part two of his fleeting visit to Bini Brew Co. But can this second Pint live up to the hype of the first, Over the Man Hole Cover set quite a high bar!

With a name like Breaking Dad its certainly setting itself up for something, so lets see what Bini has been Cookin’

1. Name :  Breaking Dad
2. Brewery: Bini Brew Co
3. Aroma : Tropical fruit notes with a twist of hop and bitterness
4. Appearance : Opaque summer yellow, with a healthy shocking white head when poured.
5. Body : Medium to full bodied, good carbonation, and decent retention.
6. Taste :  Fruity from the outset with a punch of tropical flavour, followed by a bitter smack of hop to finish.

A little bit of a come down after Over the Manhole cover, but not a bad tipple by any means, refreshing and fruity with an ample bit of umph behind it. Like under the man hole cover its a grower… another I think!

Our overall rating: 3.7/ 5.0
