Hi there fellow beer lovers,

Name: Albus Crumbledore
- Brewery: Brew York
- Aroma : Mulled wine with sour winter berries.
- Appearance : Deep scarlet, with a pink head when poured which quickly turned to a film.
- Body : Medium bodied, a decent to strong level of astringency but very smooth, ok to low carbonation with poor head retention.
- Taste : Tangy berries followed by sweet vanilla, with a big hit of malty biscuityness that created a pastry crumble like finish.
This has a strong sour punch and was very reminiscent of mulled wine. The blend of sour and the vanilla crumbly finish made this a very complex but morish mouthful.
Overall it was a “magical” drinkable experience.
Our overall rating: 4.2/ 5.0
