Hi there fellow beer lovers,
You know that feeling when you’re scrolling through a beer list and one just catches your eye for absolutely no sensible reason?
well that was was A Better Land from Black Lodge Brewery for Kayla, who has taken a bit of a detour from sours of late!

Name: A Better Land, Pale (4.8% ABV)
- Brewery: Black Lodge Brewery
- Aroma : This one had heaps of Apricot with a backing that was quire floral.
- Appearance : Glowing Amber, with a tight white film head when poured.
- Body : Medium bodied with a medium carbonation, poor head retention with minimal astringency.
- Taste : A hint of sour fruit with notes of Apricot and hops, creating a bitter finish.
This was a tad to bitter for myself, but the level of carbonation was dead right, and I found it very easy drinking and I particularly enjoyed its fruity Zing.
Our overall rating: 3.6/ 5.0
