Funky Fluid’s World Cup squad continues to grow, and this time they’re swapping crunching tackles for a little bit of tiki-taka.
Tiki Taka – Frutas de Temporada Gelato Sour, a beer that takes its inspiration from the fast-paced passing game made famous by Spain’s golden generation.
If you’re wondering about the subtitle, Frutas de Temporada simply translates from Spanish as “seasonal fruits.” In other words, this sour is all about celebrating ripe, in-season fruit flavours, wrapped up in the rich, smoothie-like body that Gelato Sours have become famous for.

- Aroma : Strong scent of Strawberry fresca, with a sourness
- Appearance : Lustrous pink strawberry in colour with a very thin white film head when poured.
- Body : Light carbonation, no head retention, quite light bodied and smooth.
- Taste : Very mild astringency but packed with strawberry and citrus notes, very refreshing and quite morish.
I am not a lover of sours, so I was thrilled when this one was super low on the sour scale. This one is as refreshing as Yamal, as dependable as Busquets. Id put this one as a semi finalist atleast!
